COSMIC DANCER in 'Mapplethorpe' premiere!

Nearly three decades after his death, Robert Mapplethorpe's portraits remain touchstones of 20th-century photography.

Premiering at Tribeca Film Festival April 22, 2018, Mapplethorpe revisits the photographer's legacy; exploring the intersection of his art and sexuality, his struggle for mainstream recognition and the spector of the emerging AIDS crisis.

Concluding the film is T-Rex's COSMIC DANCER which plays over the end credits.
