New Signing Bruno Del Rey

A rising force in Brazil’s independent music scene, with over two decades of experience, Del Rey first gained recognition as the frontman of acclaimed indie bands Rockassetes and Bicicletas de Atalaia. Across these projects, he released multiple albums, contributed music to film soundtracks, and performed at major festivals throughout Brazil, establishing himself as a distinctive and influential voice in the country’s indie landscape.

In 2017, Del Rey launched his solo career, quickly earning attention for his genre-bending, retro-forward approach. His debut solo album O Que Serve de Motor (2023), released via French label Groover Obsessions, is a rich fusion of Soul, Blues, Funk, Jazz, and Rock that received widespread acclaim from music blogs and independent press both in Brazil and internationally. A vinyl reissue in 2025 and a run of live shows across Brazil further cemented the album’s impact.
