Meet Gianna Alessi

Cited for her honeyed vocals and soul-stirring melodies, New York native Gianna Alessi discovered her passion for music during her time spent at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee School of Music. However, her musical journey truly began when her grandmother—a former soprano at the Metropolitan Opera—gave nine-year-old Gianna her first ever voice lesson.

The vocalist, songwriter, and artist has packed well-known NYC venues such as Bowery Electric, Heaven Can Wait, Arelene’s Grocery, Rockwood Music Hall, and the historic Club Groove in Manhattan's West Village, where she held an artist residency. She has been prominently featured as an artist for Mondo NYC, Music Attic TV, and more. Her vocal versatility shines in her work as a sought-after session vocalist for countless projects across genres.

Currently based in Los Angeles, Gianna Alessi draws inspiration from R&B, soul, jazz and pop, seamlessly blending retro aesthetics with contemporary production techniques to craft her signature sound.
