Roma chronicles a trumultuous year in the life of a middle-class family in Mexico City in the early 1970s.

 

With Pink Floyd's THE GREAT GIG IN THE SKY scoring the official trailer, we get glimpses of a story drew from the childhood experiences of director and writer, Oscar Award winner, Alfonso Cuarón.

 

Roma, which won the Golden Lion after its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival, has been selected by Mexico as the country’s foreign-language submission for the 91st Academy Awards. The film has also been named the best film of the year in a string of US critics' awards.

 

There will be an exclusive limited theatrical run beginning on 11/21 and streamed on Netflix 12/14.
